Processing
Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when it leaves us.

Delivery times
Sydney metro 1–3 business days · other capital cities 2–5 business days · regional 4–8 business days. Allow longer for WA and NT.

Rates
We provide free shipping within Australia. Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Signature and insurance
All orders will require signature on delivery. We can't authorise parcels to be left unattended.

If something arrives damaged
Photograph the carton, the frame and the shipping label before anything else, and email us within 48 hours at hello@inkposter.com.au. Please keep the packaging until it's resolved - we may need it for the freight claim.

Letting us know quickly helps us recover from the carrier. It doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
